Chris Burdick established Burdick Builders, inc. in 2003. As a custom home builder we strive to provide quality homes throughout the Rochester and Twin Cities area.

Over the years, we have surrounded ourselves by a great team of subcontractors. By using the same 2-3 man crews, we maintain a high level of quality. They take strong ownership in their work and develop relationships with the customer as well.

Burdick Builders operates on a 100% open-book basis. Clients will see all expenses throughout the entire building process. Our goal is to keep our clients as informed as possible so they can spend their money wisely.
